File Setup Instructions
Please follow the instructions below to learn the preferred way to set-up your banner artwork files for printing.

Save colours as CMYK
We prefer working with files that are setup in CMYK, but we can work with RGB formats as well. Pantone colours cannot be accurately matched using CMYK, but every effort will be made to closely match any specified pantone colour that you may require.

File size and Resolution
Files may be set at 100%, 50% or 25% size, you should indicate at what proportion your artwork is set when you send it. Therefore, the minimum resolution at any scale needs to be at least 300 dpi.

File Preparation & Supported File and Software Formats
We can work with virtually any file format and software program, but we do prefer working with vector-based files if possible. For a full list of files and software we support, please see supported file formats below. If you don't see a program or file format listed, we will most likely still be able to work with it. Just contact us if you are unsure, and we will get right back to you.
